Aug 5th - Self Aware

The more self aware we become the more we learn about how other might be feeling as well.
Take some time to give yourself some self care to become more self aware.
I’m going to try meditation. It’s been on my radar for a long time. Along with aniaml flow for movement work these are two area I want to explore for fitness and mind health.
