I've been using lots of website recently to book family events, car hire etc and the amount of awful sites I visit frustrates me to the point I would happily pay more money, to use a better site.
Here are two examples I posted on Twitter.
I was trying to book kite surfing lessons and the online booking forms wouldn't let me add anything after completing all my data.
I couldn't even add or choose items to book.
If you own a small business you MUST test out your booking forms to see what your visitors experience.
